First, use a 1-1/4" hole saw to drill the hole for your receiver and seethe the receiver into the hole flush with the trailer deck. Second, drill out the four bolt holes and install the bolts through the receiver to locate the backing plate and use the supplied lock nuts to secure it into position. The third and last step is to simply insert one of the tie-down accessories into the Rapid Switch Systems Receiver, push firmly down and turn clockwise to lock in position. When not in use, once again, push down firmly and turn counter-clockwise to release. It's as simple as one, two, three.
